Amazon loves making it easier for people to shop. Amazon One takes this ethos and makes it an IRL proposition, allowing consumers to pay and enter with a quick, contactless palm scan. The benefits are clear — it’s simple, seamless and secure. But they needed a brand team with the experience and diversity of expertise to bring it to life, and get would-be users excited to try it out.

Rather than approach the brand on a project-by-project basis, we partner closely with the client to act as an ongoing extension of their team. This allows us to collaborate with them in shaping the brand from strategy through every facet of creative execution. In addition to the work we directly deliver, we partner with the client to review and guide work done by internal and external teams in video, UX, social media, and more. Not only does this model help Amazon One tell a more consistent and compelling story across all touchpoints, but it gives client teams a turnkey solution to amplify their capabilities.
EVERY DISCIPLINE FOR EVERY KIND OF EXECUTION
Our efforts to date have spanned everything from foundational brand work to new store launches and informational videos. We started with a comprehensive update of their brand guidelines, from messaging to co-branding and every aspect of design. Our industrial design team pitched in on new sign-up kiosks and trade show assets. We also partnered with Amazon One’s UX team to align copy and refine visual assets and animations.
Working with third-party teams we led the creation of video assets and reviewed social media strategy and executions. In conjunction with the opening of Climate Pledge Arena, we designed a head-turning wrap and station signage for Seattle’s South Lake Union streetcar to help introduce the brand. Everywhere Amazon One comes to life, in just about every medium you can think of, we created assets or partnered with a team to guide execution.
As the brand has evolved, our collaboration has grown to include sibling brands Just Walk Out Technology and Dash Cart in the retail space. While forward-looking teams across Amazon continue to bring innovation to the shopping experience, we’re helping them create a strong center of support and foundation for future success.
