Downloaded and installed in about 10mins. Did not have any problems connecting and it's working like a charm. The only time I lost connection was when someone called me. I had to shut down the software on my BB Storm and PC and reopened them and it connected just fine. Is this a common issue? And will this be corrected in the final version?

After hanging up a call, I had to restart the pc and blackberry software. Only took a few seconds. no big deal.
FYI: Just received the link via email to download software about 10 min ago.

Which provider are you with?
With our phones when a call comes in, the internet stops working but as soon as the phone call is finished we just click refresh in the browser and things start working again. This is a limitation in how the voice/data work in the phone itself.
You shouldn't have to restart TetherBerry on the phone or the PC.

wow is right!! once both downloads were complete i turned off the wi-fi to my laptop click here click there boom online
It should just reconnect after you hang up on the call.
