Working on Invalid Pointer

Got email this morning saying they are working on problem. Will wait and see. Does make you wonder why it didn't come up in the Beta phase. What did they change as they went live to cause this. Would have been really nice to have this work since my wide area wirelss network (there is no landline based internet where I live) went down from an area wide power failure (another problem with being out in the sticks, maintenance on the power grid).
