Crafting a Brand Story with Many Facets

When Daniels Real Estate tapped us to brand their new commercial skyscraper in downtown Seattle, we knew we had to create a story as multifaceted and dynamic as the tower itself. A story spanning everything from local history and community to celebrity partners and world-class design. One that positions THE MARK as the place to work and gather, that speaks to multiple audiences across multiple touchpoints and encourages them all to join us and add their chapter to the Seattle story.

  • A Bridge:
    Between Seattle’s
    past and its future

“I walked through and said, ‘We have to save this.’ We’re not building to sell; we’re building to last. And those are two different philosophies.”
    –Kevin Daniels, Developer

Founded over 100 years ago as the First United Methodist Church, the Sanctuary was recently saved from demolition, reflecting the developer’s commitment to preserving Seattle’s rich past while also drawing inspiration from it. In its next incarnation, the hall will be home to SLS Hotel’s thriving restaurant and events venue.
