A) Lead with the head.
B) Lead with the heart.

Sometimes the answer is—both.

Knowledge Universe operates over 3,700 learning institutes focusing primarily on Early Childhood Education. It’s a fairly big corporation, and unfortunately, it sounded like one. Our task, was to humanize their story—to help parents easily understand what each of their many brands offered, and how each brand entity contributed
to a complex system known for delivering a truly
fantastic curriculum.

Our balanced telling of the KU tale has enabled parents to connect with its brands on more relevant and resonant levels, as they’ve come to understand that the true value of the little school where they send their kids is in the big organization behind it.

  • The Grove School

    Elevating the elementary.

It was a powerful, thought-provoking proposal. A premium-level pre-school focused on an amazing educational foundation while encouraging a healthy mind, body and planet. But… what would you call it? What might it look like? And how could you get such an innovative concept to catch on?

We answered these challenges with solutions from A to Z—developing the positioning, name, identity, collateral, website, signage, advertising, even a bus designed to spread the good word. And with a nod to fostering a healthy planet, every piece had a second life. All accompanied by a brand book that would be their guiding light as they opened new schools across the country.

  • Kindercare

Through the eyes of a child.

Some of the most compelling stories are those we experience through the eyes of our loved ones. So what better way to get parents to experience KinderCare Learning Centers than through the eyes of a child? Using this unique perspective to showcase KinderCare’s healthy balance of learning and fun, we created the essential print materials, advertising, digital media and learning center experience—then wrapped it all up neatly in a brand book that could be used by every partner agency, including web, search, PR, and internal creative.

  • Knowledge Universe

    Talking the talk.

As part of a comprehensive solution to perpetuate KU's position as the expert in Early Education, we created and hosted a Literacy and Education blog featuring ongoing input and advice from Early Childhood Education experts worldwide. By fostering a non-biased community and a forum for perpetual learning around these essential platforms, KU continues to instigate and curate the conversation, enhancing its reputation for thought leadership in the category and garnering greater trust among prospective customer-parents.
