I purchased Tether on June 1st and it works great on my Windows XP desktop, with my BB 8703 Verizon. We live in the country and use this as a back up for when our satellite gets knocked out. I bought a Dell laptop with Windows 7 loaded on it for when we travel. I loaded Tether on it, it starts fine on the laptop, when it tells me to start it on the BB I do and it never connects. This is the main reason we bought the product. I am very frustrated, I am not sure what to do. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Do you show a Tether network adapter in Windows Network Connections? Did you disable the wifi on your PC (if equipped) and unplug any lan cables before using Tether?
Is your Windows OS 64 or 32bit?
