Will there ever be a client app for a Windows PocketPC?

Hi, I own a license to Tether for Blackberry and I also own a Windows Mobile 5.x PocketPC that has Bluetooth built-in. Before I bought my Blackberry, I used a Nextel i870 to gain internet access on the go via Bluetooth link between the two. I would like to know if there is or has been any plans to release a client app for Windows PocketPC devices that will allow them to use the Tether ability via Bluetooth either with Android or Blackberry.
