I cannot register my Droid X phone with the registration code provided. Keeps popping up "invalid code". Any ideas?

I downloaded and paid for Tether Premium from the Google market but it is only the trial version. How do I get my registration code? Your help system does not show it is registered to my email since it was a Google purchase. I have the Goodle order number, etc. I have emailed Tether and looked for contact info online. The help page will not accept any verification codes... so this is my only way to contact you?

I have tried using lowercase with dashes, lower case without dashes, uppercase with and without dashes. I tried uninstalling tether from my droid x and reinstalling. Still cannot register with the code I am given. I noticed my account has a pin # for my old blackberry and shows I have purchased twice. Do I need and ID for the droid x?

I had a blackberry now I have the Droid pro. I tried the registration code that I had for my blackberry on my droid and it is not working. Do I need to purchase a new registration code because i purchased a different type of phone?

I get the same message.. "Failed to send information" RETRY... It works otherwise just fine... I just cannot submit my registration code.. I know I'm connected but it wont take it... ??? I used the dashes and upper case just as it was given to me...Any help out there? Thanks

Could I have you try inputting your license without the dashes and in lower case?
Try the code lowercase including the dashes, if this does not work visit the following link and select the option "I forgot, lost, or need my Registration Code" and enter the email address you used during your original Tether purchase. You will then be emailed you Tether registration code.

Make certain it matches what your entering.
