I switched over to Tether from Tetherberry. So instead of going by the device pin, it now says registration code needed. The thing is I cant find my registration code anywhere?

I ordered also via MC, and so far no email confirming. Hence i cannot enter the pin to use what i just paid for.

I also just ordered and have not logged on nor received a registration code email. The http://tether.com/blackberry/download does work... I enter my pin on the website then entered the code listed. Works awesome.

It would be nice to receive a registration code to enter. All I received was the email confirming that my payment went through and 24 hours later no registration no matter how many times I contacted support. These people need to up their customer service skills. I am to the point of being fed up. If I am paying 49.99 for an app I want an app that works within 24 hours in the least they can reply to my emails. no nothing at all. no contact whatsoever. If they are growing their business and people are buying this stuff everyday then they need to come up with a strategy for customer support.
When ever I request the reg code through the lost reg link it says that it was sent, problem is that I never receive it, not even in my junk email. ARggh!

I installed the sofware from this page yesterday. the program work good and faster than others I was installed previously. When I installed tether yesterday I do not need to insert any registration code for trial version, and work good. tray to install from this page and see if you need it. I don't thing so

well I already did my 7 day trial and that expired so I had to end up buying it if I wanted to use it. But I need a registration code which I still have not received. Also I contacted support multiple times and still no answer. The reg code is required on the blackberry phone. It is nice that they take the money and take forever to supply a registration code. I am still waiting for mine.

Could you provide us with the exact wording for what Tether says on the PC?
When Tether is running on the BlackBerry can you press the BlackBerry key and select "View Log", could you provide us with the full text of the Tether log please?
It's very important that you write everything word-for-word from the questions above. If not we may end up going back in forth through emails longer then necessary.

Click on the link in the email they sent you to www.tetherberry.com/download and you should see your registration code there. I could only get to this page by clicking on the link in the email. I could not type it in the address bar and get there. But if you can get to this forum, you can get to where you need to be. From the forum page, click on the download link to the right - you should find your registration code there. Hope this helps.
