does anyone have the apn settings and any other info i need also where do i input them

They go in Options->Advanced Options->TCP.

Can you verify that all permissions have been given to the TetherBerry application on your phone?

You can do that by going to Options->Advanced Options->Applications->TetherBerry. Open then menu and choose Edit Permissions. Make sure they are marked as Allow.

Can you open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and check if there are any updates available for the BlackBerry OS running on your phone. If so, could you install it please?

no updates my friend
i am downloading the leaked os at the moment will that make it any easier if thats installed
