Does anyone know what this means? When I try to connect my blackberry to my lap top I get this almost immediate disconnect that says USB thread dead. I have tried reentering the registration code- did not work. The usb connectin is there as I can open BB desktop manager with it.
Can anyone help me- I am not very computer saavy, obviously.
Thank you

Mine does this also. I usually just unplug the usb for a few seconds and then plug it back in. If that doesn't work i do a battery pull and that helps every time.
