USB Client Error: Invalid Pointer continued

Hello,

I am still being prompted with USB Client Error: Invalid Pointer and I have the newest software and as far as checking the file for c:\program files\common files\Research in Motion\USB Drivers\BbDevMgr.exe, could I get some more info on that?

Same problem on my storm and no sign of response from support. I guess both guys are busy.
