I would like to completely uninstall Tether on both my Blackberry Tour and MacBook and reinstall for a fresh start. Could someone tell me what specific files need to be deleted? Thanks.

Uinstall the Tether Application by following these steps on your BlackBerry Smartphone:
1) Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications
2) Highlight the Tether software
3) Press the BlackBerry Menu button
4) Select Delete
Please find the instructions on how to manually remove Tether from you Mac by following the below instructions:
1) On the Macintosh Hard drive please drag the following file into the trash:
/Applications/TetherGUI.app
/System/Library/Extensions/Tether.kext
/Library/Receipts/tether.pkg
/Library/Receipts/tethergui.pkg
/Library/Receipts/TetherBerry64.kext
2) Empty the Trash.
