all i get when i click on the link for the blackberry software is "access denied" anyone else having this issue. tether has not responded in 5 days. great product crap support.

I am having the same problem after the trial version. I installed the updated version on my BB 8130, used my registeration key to registered, and has not worked since then.

Are you guys still seeing this error?
How are you guys trying to download it? From your device, from your browser? Can you try clearing your cache?

Ok I have a BB 8300. I downloaded new version to PC. The app on phone seems to run fine, PC gives connected message, but when I try to open actual internet, I get tetherberry message saying that I need to purchase it and that I need to download program to PC. What do I need to do to get internet connection again?

If it's asking for a registration code you need to purchase a copy of Tether.
What kind of BB device?
How did you install the Tether BB software?
Did you install Trial version first then obtain License Registeration key from purchase?
Need more information to assist
