Unable to get support for macbook

I have been writing to tether support since Mach 23rd and Matthew (support) has done nothing but instruct me to download and re-download software on my phone and macbook. I keep telling him that the mac software is corrupt and not working but he does not address that. I even sent a picture of what I see when I try to download the software to my phone which was not addressed. A side from download and re-downloading software I provided Matthew with exact text that I see on my phone and macbook and I received no comment. Today after 8 days he tells me to go to tether.com/download and follow instructions. The mac link does NOT work! I have repeatedly told him this and he does not understand or address this. Is Matthew the only support at tether? Does anyone actually get help through there online support? I can't believe this app is worth $50. I hope someone in tether other than Matthew can help me my trouble ticket number is 7581.

I'm sorry that your having a bad experience getting Tether to function, could you explain to me what you mean by the download is corrupt? You cannot run the Tether desktop software after downloading it to your Mac and are receiving an error, what is the error your seeing when attempting to run/download the Tether.dmg?

The link works, I just checked. I may not be understanding you correctly, but you said the link to the software doesn't work.

To answer your question about actually getting support, yes, I have gotten great assistance from them. Has my issue been resolved, no... but they are consistently working on it.

From my experiences, the Mac download link works with my MacBook Pro without any problem. If the download link does not work for you, or you are experienced consistent corruption of downloaded files, you may need to look into your Mac configuration, especially with the Browser. It is hard to offer you any pin point suggestion without more detailed information from you, such as which browser you are using, OS version, specific network configuration, any specific error message related your failed downloads, etc.

This community has many helping hands around, more information that you can provide, the better responses that you can get. I know in times it could be frustrating when things didn't work as expected.
