o.k. sent emails to support already..guess it takes a while..hopefully..i purchased this today for my father, misspelled his email address, so we never got the email needed to put in pin #...order # was U445835101...i used my email as an alternate when ordering and got an email, however under keyword it says "looks like you already have an existing account" correct i do, which i paid for weeks ago and use, however the one i bought today was for my father and a different phone....i need his email changed to blh195813@hotmail.com...and need his username and password to log on and enter his pin...pleeeeeeeeaaaaase help...i assume the 24 hours to reply is no joke :)
typed email address wrong, never got confirmation
it has been 30 hours since my original email to support concerning the above problem..i have sent 3 emails to support, created a thread in support forum...and sent an email for refund.....still no response in any regard to any of the request???? I am at the point of having to call credit card company to dispute charges..love the product, not loving the support______

scratch all the above...support did email me back...a while back, however hotmail was putting it in my junk email box...however still have a problem i am getting a crazy error when entering pin in tetherberry download section...popping up some 3 paragraph red lettering error codes and will not accept my fathers pin.?

ok...i emailed support 6 hours before posting this thread above...glad the 1st purchase of this worked fine...as i am coming to the realization that there is not much support for this product..as many purchases that are being made, ought to invest in a customer service team, to at least acknowledge my problem was reieved and being worked on....all i need is for my fathers email addressed to be changed to blh195813@hotmail.com and for a confirmation email to be sent to that address in reference to the order # in above post...so he can log in, download the program, and enter his pin #...come on admin...help out?
