I downloaded the software on my computer and on my blackberry tour and could not connect to the internet. I did not get an error message and have tried a few times to no avail. My free trial time is up. Is there a way to troubleshoot what is wrong and then connect a couple of times before I spend the money since it hasn't worked so far?
