Just got a free 7 day trial for thether, downloaded and running on my win 7 pc, as soon as i start it up on my blackberry storm it says, You must register your copy of thether with this phone! Register or Quit, and quit EXITS. Just downloaded about 30 min ago never used this program before? What can i do? Thanks in advance

I'm having the same problem as Norcalempire. I have done the free 7 day trial but once I tried it again it said I had 2 enter a registration code which I never received. Then it asked me to register or quit (quit EXIT OUT)m so all I wanna do is do I have 2 buy the full package or how do I get a registration code?

When you purchase Tether you will be provided with a registration code.
The Tether trial does not use registration codes.
If you would like me to renew the trial could you send help@tether.com with your BlackBerry Pin number so I can extend the trial?

I have big problem,the trial version works well,but it expired,i have bought it recrived an email with the registration code when i enter the code,a message say check registration it download and after an other message,your trial expired,when i enter volontary a bad code,a message say invalid registratio' code,i think that the code is good.....but there's a problem,and it's not me!!help me please

I have trial version. Will not work. Says can't connect to regisration server, but bb then says tether running. But no internet. Any ideas? Running out of options on where to turn. Hate to buy an internet stick. Help.

Could you provide us with the exact wording for what Tether says on the PC?
When Tether is running on the BlackBerry can you press the BlackBerry key and select "View Log", could you provide us with the full text of the Tether log please?
It's very important that you write everything word-for-word from the questions above. If not we may end up going back in forth through emails longer then necessary.

Hey! I have a same problem too, the trial version works fine, but expired. I bought it and received an email with the registration code when I enter the code, a message that says check the log for download appeared and according to another message, the period trial expired, when I enter the wrong code on a voluntary basis, a message that says invalid registration code displays, I think the code is good but I don't know whether it works for the blue dot used cell phones or not. Moreover, does tether works from PC.

Your sure you have never previously used Tether before this attempt? Email support if the issue persists, they want you to get your trial so your hooked ;)
