I downloaded tether trial on March 15th (yesterday) and installed it to my phone, when i open the software it tells me to enter a registration code, where would i find this trial code???

If you are seeing a registration code, it means your trial has already expired. That means that at some point in the past your ran TetherBerry or Tether on your BlackBerry.
As soon as you run Tether on your BlackBerry the trial is activated. If you provide me with your BlackBerry PIN I can renew your trial. It can be found in "Options > Status" on your BlackBerry.

Im unable to use Tether after downloading. Everytime I try to run the software on my computer it asks for a device code on my computer. What is the device code?

If Tether on your PC is asking you for a code, it is the code to unlock the keys on your BlackBerry.

I keep receiving a error message when trying to download tether to my blackberry. Error 406: not acceptable the page you are trying to load is not supported by the browser. What should I do?

Check your Blackberry browser settings, what type of "browser" was setup on your Blackberry. And if you have other third party browser installed, check what is the default browser.

Are you trying to download the PC files to your BlackBerry with Tether?
