I used the trial last weekend at the beach and it worked fine with my Blackberry curve 8330 and my pc laptop. It expired during the week and I wanted to buy the program to use, so I sat down yesterday and purchased it, I have a confirming payment code. It says right on the page " no download needed" . But at bottom of the payment receipt page there is a whole bunch of gobblygook about downloading. I re-downloaded phone and laptop Tether, but now my phone keeps rejecting the Reg code which was emailed to me. I have tried every variation of the code, and carefully checked the use of the digits, even left out and put in the dashes as shown, but my phone won't accept the reg code, keeps saying "Invalid". I think your instructions for picking up an expired trial and turning it into a sale are TERRIBLE. There are to many information gaps left out of the sign up process. I have sent a message to support but up to now , no answer!!!!
I have not much patience with poorly set up web business, I will cancel the whole mess if this is not resolved. Too bad, the trial worked great. Got me hooked up quickly.

Please try entering your code lowercase with the dashes, sometimes 5 looks likes uppercase S and the letter I looks like the number 1.
