Tetherberry asking me to purchase copy of app

I'm not getting any help or feedback from Tetherberry on my problem. It keeps on askng me to purchase a copy of Tetherberry when I've already submitted my pin # to them. I have tried keying in the addresses 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.2220 and to no avail. Does anyone there help me with this issue?
