i updated tether on my blackberry yesterday, and now when i hook it up and turn it on, packets do not receive, but they will send. any help or suggestions????

BB Curve 8530. I received the update notice on the BB and updated the laptop software before connecting.
1.4.4.0 on the BB
1.4.3.7 on desktop
Working and connected by Tether for this post.
