I think I've tried every fix suggested so far & still can't get this to take on a laptop running XP 32 bit.
Per the FAQ all updates are installed: http://www.tetherberry.com/faqs#driverfailed
Network adapters were are disabled during install attempt.
Registry key is there (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce), a manual install of qrkis.inf failed (error: The system cannot find the file specified) as well as the beta.
It installed fine on a desktop but won't on the laptop where I need it.
Any suggestions before I apply for a refund?

Per supports speedy answer this morning I've gone through option 1 several times with no love. :-/

Option 2, installing the USB drivers, rebooting and installing Tether has failed as well.
