I remember reading about TetherBerry having their lawyers look at the ToS of many cellular providers. Did you(TetherBerry) look at only Canadian cell phone companies or US as well? Are your lawyers qualified to make interpretation of US law?
If your lawyers say that TetherBerry software does not violate the ToS but in the end we get charged, does that not put any liability on TetherBerry? I know we are in the end making the choice for buying this software and using it but if you say your legal team has checked ToS of carriers and it does not violate it then, you are indeed offering some sort of guarantee that we will not be charged. I am just curious how confident is your legal team? I used the Beta with no problems however I only used it briefly. I think this is a fantastic program and a great idea. I feel people are going to have to pay when carriers change their ToS and we are all out 40 bucks and perhaps a chunk of money due to Data charges.
