It would be REALLY, REALLY nice if we could have a phone number or a live (working) chat that we could get probably simple issues resolved quicker than 24 hours! For all the "likes" there is on Facebook, i'm really surprised that I can't get mine to work.

Well, all appears better now. When I downloaded the Tether SW to my laptop, it was very slow. I had a brain-storm last night to try reloading the SW. I removed the Tether Sw this morning, and re-downloaded it, and this time it downloaded much faster and I am able to connect. The original message on the computer side Tether start page said, please connect Blackberry to laptop with USB cable. The computer recognized the BB was connected, but for what ever reason, the Tether SW didn't. I am so far pleased with the performance. Just a question to ask. Is there any particular order in which to start things, and must the wifi on the computer be turned off?

In case my last reply didn't go through, it is working right now after i reloaded the Tether SW on the computer. Two questions, is there any particular order for starting things, and does the laptop Wifi need to be turned off when running with Tether?

tether sends packets but will not receive. is there a fix for this
1. Please ensure that you have the recent version.
2:On your iPhone go to the Settings icon.
Scroll down and click on Safari.
Make sure "Accept Cookies" is not set as Never.
Javascript is ON.
Private Browsing is OFF.
3:Make sure WiFI is On on your laptop
4:Firewall is on "always allow" mode, if you are using third party.make sure allows following file

I want to cancel my plan and i would like a refund since I've had it for less than a week.

I have spent about 20 hrs trying to register my new Android in place of my blackberry and the support request does not work. I fill out the form, and then it dies on me. I have done this about a dozen or more times. I tried everything I could but the site goes dumb, when I try to do anything that might help.

Tether licenses are only transferable between like smartphone devices (e.g. Blackberry to Blackberry, Android to Android, or iPhone to iPhone). In the event that you change smartphones, as long as you replace your smartphone with a like device, you can simply transfer your license to the new device.If you change smartphone devices (e.g. if you change from Blackberry to Android or iPhone & vice verse) it will be necessary for you to purchase a new license for your new smartphone device.

Why can't I transfer my license over to my Android? Why should I have to purchase a new license?
Tether license for different smartphone type are totally different application, therefore we can not offer free transfer of license.

Tether does have Live Chat Support which is usually available from 10 PM to 4 PM Atlantic Standard Time on the following webpage:

If it shows as busy it's because Live Support is with another customer.
Could you provide us with the exact wording for what Tether says on the PC?
When Tether is running on the BlackBerry can you press the BlackBerry key and select "View Log", could you provide us with the full text of the Tether log please?
It's very important that you write everything word-for-word from the questions above. If not we may end up going back in forth through emails longer then necessary.
Could you also provide me with the Pin number of the BlackBerry you are currently using?
