Java IOException
Make sure you are using the most updated version of the BlackBerry OS on your computer.
Update PIN
Our system now runs of registration codes, instead of PINs. We found this solution to be much easier for our users. If you have lost or upgraded your BlackBerry simply download Tether onto your new device and enter your existing Registration Code. The registration code is locked down to a single BlackBerry at a time.
Invalid Pointer
We were able to fix the Invalid Pointer on a machine by uninstalling the desktop manager, then installing the USB and Modem Drivers and then re-install the desktop manager with a reboot between each step.
VPN Not Working
We have fixed all known issues with VPN. If you are still having problems please download our latest version or contacting support.
