Hey, here is a thought... how about an instruction manual? If there is one, can you please tell me where it is hiding? Support is not rocket science... 90% of your support requests could be covered by a well written manual that is (a) prominently displayed on your web site, and (b) opens when you click "help" on the desktop application. Sheesh, even Microsoft knows that.
