Sprint Tour Issue

I have never had any problems with tethering my blackberry to my pc until they switched from Tetherberry to Tether. I downloaded the new app for both my pc and phone and even though it is a better application with nicer features like data tracking and bluetooth, it doesnt work with me. I have to restart my computer now everytime i want to use the phone to tether. Both programs start and it registers however i get no internet. When i restart my pc and do the same things however i do. This is very frustrating to have to do and i was wondering if there was a fix for it or if anyone has figured out a way around this happening or if their is an update for it. I have recommended this product to alot of people but now its starting to annoy me. If anyone has any ideas or ways to help id appreciate it. My PC is running W7 Ultimate 64 bit and worked fine all the time with tetherberry. I do not have to restart my phone to get the internet to work, just my pc.
