My Spring Mogul fails to run tether correctly for more than 2 minutes or so. It will fail under a heavy load with multiple new windows open... It will stay connected for a longer time with a light load....

The phone stays connected to the windows 7 pc but no data is moving from the phone to the computer.A few packets leave the pc but nothing comes back. I must shut down tether in the phone then restart tether on the phone to get it going again. I can I keep it connected and working 24/7 like my blackberry?

Can you let us know what it says in your Log?

Where do I download the log?

PDA NET works fine but does not reconnect automatically after a call, like Tether.

The log is available when you're running Tether on your phone and click on the menu button.

How are you running the software? I'm under the impression that the Mogul is a Windows device, not an Android device?

Yes the Mogul was designed with Windows in mind. I am running Android 1.5 off the sd ram....

I also have a Touch Pro running Android with the same problem. Tether shows a good connection on both sides but the internet stops after several minutes or hours. Android never crashes.

Can you contact our Android developer tspeed AT tether.com? He will be able to better assist you.
