I have the BBerry Tour through Sprint has anybody had any issues regarding charges from Sprint while using this app?

I have a Sprint BB Curve. Since the Tether app goes through the Browser, we shouldn't get charged since it's just a normal data charge (assuming you have unlimited data on your plan). Although, I guess Sprint could block it from running at some point. But doesn't the Blackberry browser go through the BB server?
Anyway, I have the new version of Tether working fine on my Curve via USB, but it still won't work via Bluetooth. I am waiting for a solution since so many seem to be having the same problem.
As far as speed, I am getting just under 300kbps on the download and like 130 kbps on the upload. Yes, it's not smok'n fast, but still fine for browsing and checking email, unless you are transferring big video files.
I was in the back seat of a vehicle on Sunday evening traveling for a few hours and was able to surf on my Macbook Pro until my battery ran out. Web pages loaded fine, email worked great and the application was completely stable with no problems (tethered via USB).

i have the tour and I can't get it to pair with blue tooth ! I just set it up now I am going to try usb hope it works
I don't have a Bold, I have the Curve on Sprint. But I've used it a bit for 3 months now and no charges, no issues at all (except it's painfully slow).
