Beta worked fine. Installed new after paid on laptop and Storm. TB connects to BB numbers change but no connection to internet.
In reading forums I am not the only one with this problem.

Just a thought, Did you uninstall it from both phone, and pc then reboot and reinstall.

Can you uninstall from both the PC and Phone and then open the Device Manager to verify that all TetherBerry Network Adapters are gone in the Network Adapters section. If they are not right click on the adapters and choose uninstall.
Once everything is completely removed, re-run the software on both the phone and PC and reboot.

I am having a similar problem. Bought the application, installed fine. Launches fine and shows a status of "connected to Blackberry", when running.
sent packets increases, but no received packets. What should I do?
