I have loaded your trial software and really like it, but: like all the others I have ordered Snow Leopard and will install it immediately when I receive it. How long do you estimate it will be before you support this operating system?
Snow Leopard Support
After I installed the fix.... I launch the app and got a message that I needed to type in my password to allow DriverTools to make changes. I typed in the password and got the message "could not load blackberry interface".... My phone was plugged in and on the tetherberry screen saying please connect to your pc.
I rebooted the Mac to see if that made a difference. I launched the app again on the mac and I get the message "could not find network adapter"

Myersguy, it sounds like your computer has conflicting software on it. Please follow the instructions from the other threads regarding snow leopard.



We launched a Snow Leopard fix on September 3rd. I haven't had a chance to mail out everyone yet, but will do soon.
