I need help! Maybe in configuring I don't know. How do I know disable any other dialup or wireless connections on my storm 9530?? I have been using another tether setup and wondering if that may be causing it to run slow. I am only getting .30mbps?? help!!!

I experience the same problem.
If I use DUN with the IPModem option in desktop manager I get DSL type speeds. If I use Tetherberry I get 56k modem speeds on average, and dual channel ISDN speeds at best.
I'd like TB to run at the same fast speeds b/c TB createss a LAN type connection that VMWare can use for internet access. VMWare doesn't see the DUN connection as something it can bridge to unfortunately.
I'm running a Bold 9000, OS 5, AT&T, tb 1.1.0.5.

Who is your provider? What is the signal on your BlackBerry (Options -> Status)?
