I just bought a registration code for my new android. I was a previous BB user and had purchaed Tether before. I made the purchase today fro the Android code and got my reciept via email, but no registration code. Please send it soon. Tether is a big part of my ability to do business!

I have been using Tether for a while now, and believe it is an AMAZING product. However, when I went to use it this morning, it said my trial had expired, and wanted a registration code to continue. Like I said, I purchased Tether for BB a good while back, & have been using it with no problems until now. So when I sent a request for the registration code, it said that the code was emailed, yet, I have received no email. Please help.

I too registered for Tether for BB, and also requested the reg code via going to http://tether.com/support/ and picking the task to do so. I sent that twice yesterday and I didn't work for me either.
Been with Tether for over a year and initially heard of it when it was still called Tetherberry. Same phone since then. I would like some support with this soon before this trial expires.

aetichy78, et al, I've discovered that support requests can be made from http://tether.com/support/. I've done so for the automated registration code email functionality. We'll want to make sure our spam filters are off, though with the spam I get from them, I don't think vzw.blackberry.net has a spam filter.

I'm very sorry guys, but there was an issue with the registration server earlier, however the registration server has been fixed, and everything should be fine to use Tether and register your license to Tether.

Where do you input your registration code on the Tether website? I have the code but my email address is incorrect. Tether received payment but I have not idea how to register without repurchasing!
Nevermind!!! Found it when I got on the tether icon on my blackberry! thanks anyhoo.

i have requested my registration code for my new berry and have not gotten any response to any of the emails i have sent. My old phone tethered perfect...just need the code to continue on my new phone...please help!

Hello,
I recommend checking your spam folder to ensure Tether's emails are not going to your spam, and if they are I recommend adding Tether to your safe senders list to ensure delivery of emails.

Please make sure that you are using the email used while ordering tether.
