When I purchased Tether, back on 6/16/09, there were no Reg Codes. My new pin for my replacement handset was properly entered where I purchased Tether, however, neither the new pin or the old pin works as the Reg Code. It has been several days since my last email to support with no answer.

I am having a similar issue where i don't have a registration code due to using the older PIN version.
Blackberry says trial still but cannot find where to enter registration code on it. where can i enter it, and should i use my bb browser for this chg from trial version to permanent. i paid today and received the code but must I wait unit the 7 day trial is over so that it will automatically remove the trial note and allow me to use the registration code on bb.

The BlackBerry button is the menu button on your BlackBerry device.
again, hitting the button alone is not the solution....

can someone with more knowledge please chime in with this simply request to perform a registration on my blackberry to get rid of the trial message on my blackberry.

With Tether running and visible on your BlackBerry, select USB or Bluetooth then click on the BlackBerry button to open up the menu and select 'Enter Registration Key' or 'Register'.
Ive downloaded the software and installed it but now my phone is asking for a registration code.

this is becoming very stupidly insane because nobody here even has the knowledge as to to buttons, the sequence and guidance to perform a simple request.
again. how do I enter my registration code since i am still in free trial period. i need to know the button"exactly" which one on my keypad, then the sequence"which icon is needed, then any other icons or sequences.

Man you have to have the tether app open when you hit the menu button. Then scroll down to where there is a register option. Click and there should be a text box to enter your code. I hope this was specific enough

only way I found to enter reg code is via bluetooth which allowed me to enter it. usb method would not. finally im registered
case solved finally by not using usb connection. only bluetooth method will allow reg code
I see I am having the same problem alot of others have had! I upgraded my Blackberry and I do not have my registration #. When I purchased tether i beleive it was using PIN # rather that registration #? Please help!

the problem is there is no dialog box to put in a security code. i am using IE 8. nothing security related comes up on the screen until after i submit my email address, then it says i didn;t enter it correctly. but again there is no where to type it in.
