I lost everything on my phone and had to install tether back on... now it says I must enter the Reg Code. Where do I find my original code?

Click the download button (third option from the left) at the top of this page while logged in, this is where you will find your Tether registration code.

It is telling me I never purchased a copy of tether. I did that 27 weeks ago. Now what? I don't want to spend another 49.95 for another copy.
