Please download the new update I just posted for Windows.

It will show up as version 1.1.0.1. You should probably uninstall the old version before installing this one.

This should solve the issue that some people have where they need to reboot the PC or re-install to get it to work again. It should also solve the Hibernate/Sleep problems that some people are having. It should also solve some people's issue of sending not receiving on USB.

Let me know if you run into any issues with it.

Download the one with USB & Modem Drivers, if you DO NOT HAVE BlackBerry Desktop Manager

Running as Administrator, installing setup.exe version 1.1.0.1 on Windows 7 64-bit, during "Installing the network adapter" a dialog appears, saying "Failed to install the driver". setupdrv.exe gives the same message.

Is there a 64 bit version available?

The setup is for 64 bit and 32 bit. Please email support to see if they can help resolve your issue.

I get the message under tether on my phone to download pc files but it doesn't work. no matter if I pick usb option using blackberry manager or using usb option not using manager or if I pick sd card or the internal one. Once I get to that part it tries to go but I get message- could not write to file. Can't get an internet connection without the tetherberry so how can I get the pc files to pc?

Thanks!

Are you following the instructions when using the "Download PC files"? Do you have any space on your BlackBerry? It sounds like you don't which is most likely causing the issue.

I'd suggest asking a friend to burn the files onto a CD or copy them onto a USB stick for you to transfer them over to your computer.
