when I purchased tetherberry there was no registration code. After getting a new phone and installing tether on my new phone the program ask for a registration number.
Not having one, I tried the support site listed above. It says a new registration was sent but it never arrives. I checked spam and junk folders, but nothing.

I purchased my copy of the original Tetherberry from pocketgear.com in December 2009. the thing has worked beautifully until now. I upgraded my phone and updated the software, but now it tells me that my registration code is invalid. How can I get a valid code

Okay, I've email help@tether.com with that information. The Registration code was actually the PIN on my old phone
The pin number would not be the registration code.
Your purchase was through PocketGear.
I have emailed PocketGear and CC'd you on the email.
Unfortunately, I've tried that route as well. They apparently washed their hands of Tether.

Same problem here. Purchased Tether for my Tour from ShopCrackberry (billed to Paypal, showed up as "Smartphone Experts"). I assume this actually was Mobihand? This was the pre Jan 3 sale; I responded to an email from them.
I used it about 1 hour just to test it and a week later upgraded to Bold, transferred all my apps, and it showed Registered for a while, until I updated the firmware, then it showed Trial (now shows Expired). I didn't write down my old PIN, though this thread seems to show that won't help.
I can see the Paypal receipt, with transaction ID, dated the same day I got your email with download instructions. I didn't register with ShopCrackberry and they never sent me a confirmation email, just collected my money and forwarded that info to you (12/21/2010).

I purchased tether hours ago and still was NOT emailed a registration code nor do I receive a prompt asking for it!!! It asks me to enter my mobile number for validation and when I enter it NOTHING happens! I have recently download the free trial a couple of months ago with no problems, no hassle. My purpose for buying the app was so I could utilize it today because I need access now not tomorrow or next week, month, ect. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME???

It was downloaded from blackberry app world. It said there was an error and it did not send a code, order number or anything else, BUT the FUNDS WERE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. I can provide proof of withdraw of funds by App World from my account on the date in question. So i will email the address you have provided above with the same information as i have submitted here, But this matter better be taken care of quickly because I dont like giving money away for nothing and will not do it. So again i say, this matter better be taken care of in a timely manner as in a few days. My patience is very short when it comes to my money.
