I just purchased TetherBerry because I think your application is top notch. I do have a quick question for the support/sales team. I was asked to enter my PIN number in my account information. If for whatever reason my phone is damaged and I have to get another phone, will I be able to switch my PIN out by contacting customer support, or possibly having an automated form to change that PIN out?

Yes PIN changes will be handled on a case by case basis. There will be a nominal fee of $9.95 to have the changes entered into the system.
