I bought the tether for blackberry but now i got a new phone how can i change it to the andriod so i can use what i paid for.

I was told you cannot transfer a license from a Blackberry to an Android phone, just a couple of months ago as I was contemplating doing the same thing.
To me, that's bad.

Tether program for Blackberry and that for Android are totally different programs.
Tether licenses are only transferable between like smartphone devices (e.g. Blackberry to Blackberry, Android to Android, or iPhone to iPhone). In the event that you change smartphones, as long as you replace your smartphone with a like device, you can simply transfer your license to the new device.If you change smartphone devices (e.g. if you change from Blackberry to Android or iPhone & vice verse) it will be necessary for you to purchase a new license for your new smartphone device.
