Multiple "clients" tethered to one phone

So I was at my local computer shop here in the Twin Cities (Microcenter) and CLEAR Internet was selling their wares at $35/month. I chuckled and thought to myself "Tether rocks".

The only real difference, or benefit, you'd get from going with something like CLEAR Internet is having multiple computer "clients" attached to one phone for internet access.

Personally I don't need this right now. I had tether on my blackberry Tour and I just got Tether for my new Android phone. My wife got the Tour so now she has Tether as well for no extra cost. BUT ... if there was a more advanced version of Tether that could act as a Wifi router/gateway it would be KILLER and worth some extra $CASH$ to get in to.
