I think it would be a nice addition if you could include a method to let the Tether icon flash to indicate activity, or maybe an additional tray icon..much like the two monitors that flash blue with activity on Windows XP and previous incarnations.
I also think the tooltip of the Tether system tray icon would be better if it indicated the Data Sent and Data Received counters, it currently just says "Tether" when you mouseover.
Help! All of a sudden I'm getting "a cable is not plugged into the network adapter" when I try to connect. I've changed no settings on the laptop. I did allow the recommended HP updates yesterday, and this is the first time I've attempted to connect since. The Blackberry connects ok, it's with the laptop, I believe. I don't know why it fails to connect and says "tether network connection". Can anyone help??
