After much fiddling, I have my MacBook Pro network settings connected to Tether with no error messages. Unfortunately, page loads are either non-existent or so long as to be unusable.
I have a Verizon Curve 8330 with strong reception. What am I missing?

Are you seeing any data being sent or received on Tether on your Mac? What is the status being displayed on your Mac and BB?
