I am a tetherberry customer. Been using it for a month on my windows laptop with no issues. Speeds are somewhat decent but I do often get moments where it lags. Now i have a mac book pro. I downloaded the new mac tetherberry and connected it. Connects fine and says active connection but no packets are sent or received. In addition I get a message about a driver conflict.

Can you please let me know what is going on?

I'm with Telus Canada
Storm 9530
Again works fine with windows but mac isnt working.

This could be because you have conflicting drivers like "MissingSync" or "PocketMac" running. Be sure those aren't running while running TetherBerry. If this doesn't resolve your issues please send support an email.

Experiencing exact same problems. Thing is I don't have pocketsync or missingsync or any blackberry syncing software installed. I'm thinking maybe because it is one of the new MacBook Pros? Not sure.

I have a MacBook Pro and Storm 9530 on Verizon running 4.7.0.148

I have the same issue and setup as BretFTW. New Macbook Pro 13" and Storm 9530 on Verzon running the .148 OS.

I do have the Pocketmac stuff installed, but not running. Has there been any work on this issue done?

What OS are you using? At the moment we only work on Leopard.

I have leopard and mine doesn't work. It gives me a message saying that TB can't find network adapters. What are they?

I am running Leopard 10.4.7 on my MacBook Pro and connected to my Storm 9530 running Verizon 4.7.0.148.

The tetherberry connection is open and appears to be appropriately available.

It went through the "conflicting driver" dialogue and resolved this issue, apparently.
Still, no data transfer and unable to connect to internet.

What am I not doing? What is my next step?

I have loaded and installed twice. BB Storm on VZW Mac Powerbook G4 12" OSX 10.5.6. Procedure has been: turn off Airport, start TB on BB and then PB, plug BB into PB with USB. BB says "connected to PC with USB cable, Starting Application. PB says 0 packets sent or received, Could not find the Network Adapter. What next?

This is most likely because you're using an Intel based cpu. We are working on a fix.

I seem to have the opposite problem. Tetherberry works On my macbook pro (Intel based) now but my pocketmac syncing does not. Syncing runs but nothing gets tranferred over. I run leopard. Seems to have happened after the Tetherberry installation. Any thoughts?

A step in the right direction. With the new 7/6/2009 beta, I was able to finally connect with my macbook. However, I'm not impressed with the speeds. In windows, it seems like the speeds are slower as well.

The crackberry forums are much more organized. I will post there.

I am running version 1.0.9 on the BB and not sure what on the Mac Book Pro with Leopard. I have Storm on VZW with .151 and I get no packets either way also.

Running OS 10.5.7 and BB Curve. Shows connected on both devices. Has outgoing packets but receives nothing. Was working when had US cellular tethering on account. US Cellular advised removing tethering saying it's not needed. Now no received packets. Advise?

Same problem with MACBOOK and Leopard 10.5.8 - BB BOLD 9000 4.6.0.126. Just downloaded the last beta.
It connects and immediately says "Tetherberry is not running on the Blackberry".
HOW CAN I SOLVE?
Thanks
