Is this one-time fee per device? If I get a new blackberry, can I transfer it to the new device?

Is this for only one system license? Can I install it on both my computers? Also, is it only good for one blackberry, or can I use it on all of the blackberries in my immediate family?

You can install the PC software on any number of computers that you wish.
The license is tied to the phone PIN number. It can be changed to a new phone PIN for a $9.95 fee at a later time.
It is a one-time fee.
