I've had this application for a little over a month now, but have not had too much cause to use it. I used it last week at work with great success, just to make sure it worked well.
Well, my employer has just today shut off our wireless internet access, so I can no longer use their bandwidth through my laptop.
So now, when I need this application most, I cannot get it to work.
Again, it is showing that I'm connected to the 'net, but e-mail doesn't work at all, nor do any web pages load.
What am I doing wrong?
I've rebooted the laptop, I've tried it with my laptop wireless services off and on, I've used different USB ports, etc.
Any ideas why all the sudden this won't work for me?

Okay, this is pretty irritating, first that I posted this comment a day ago with no response and second that this application is pretty flaky.
It actually worked for me this morning, but this afternoon, same old sh**. It tells me I'm connected, I see packets transferring, but very little data sent/received and I can do NOTHING on my laptop.
I'm sorry, but for the price we paid for the application (even the discounted price!), it should work first time, every time.
