I'm having an issue with the USB connection between my Blackberry Storm 2 and my laptop.
When the two are connected via the USB cable, the computer recognizes the device. I can choose that it read the storage space on the Blackberry and the battery indicator shows that it is charging. So there's no problem with it being connected. But the Tether app interface says that it is not connected. The exact message is: "Blackberry not found"
My connection to my other mini laptop is fine and Tether works (just tested it). Can you assist me?
Quick update: I downloaded the new version of Tether to the laptop, with the thought that it was a driver issue. But this did not resolve the issue.
