I am a bit of an intermediate computer person, so please forgive me if I do not use proper terminology. With that disclaimer out there, here is a question and related suggestion.
I connected to a downloading website through TehterBerry. When I attempted to download, I received an error stating that I could not complete the download because there was already an active download from the same IP address. The IP address was not recognizable and did not belong to my computer, so I assume this was an IP address linked to the TetherBerry connection. I am hoping that is not the case. Does TetherBerry connect using one or a few IP addresses? If so, is there any way to randomize this a little more so that carriers cannot monitor who is using this service and either limit us or terminate our contract?
Great product otherwise. I am confident that it will be even better after some of the suggestions are implemented (e.g., minimizing program to system tray).
PS: I think anyone with a Storm should have the pin change fee waived because the device is so unstable requiring many people to get replacement devices so frequently.
