i have not received the registration code

I need my registration code. Impossible to get from support because it keeps asking for validation code but none is shown. I emailed a request for help last night but nothing rec'd yet but an acknowledgement. This is a great system but support seems lacking. I have been away from my desktop on a trip and the inability to use my Tether connection is more than a little frustrating.
