I sent an email. I could not download any of the 4 links in step 2 successfully . I have windows xp.. wondered if this is why. I have asked for a refund.
A friend of mine in Las Vegas told me about this. It works well for them and they are using Vista.
This software works fine with Windows 2000, Windows XP 32bit, Windows XP 64bit, Windows Vista 32bit, Windows Vista 64bit, Windows 7 Beta 32bit, and Windows 7 Beta 64bit.
What type of processor do you have?
